How can an individual run a background check if they do not have a credit card?

What is the benefit of setting up an account?

• Account holder will be able to submit individual requests or batch files.
• View past or present financial statements in either a summary or detailed report.
• Payment options will include pre-pay account as well as credit card.
• Accounts can have multiple users.

How do I set up an account?

To create an account, click Sign Up Here and complete all required fields. As part of the setup, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required. You can choose one of two options:

• Email Verification: A code will be sent to your email. Enter this code online to proceed.
• Microsoft Authenticator App: You must have the app installed on your mobile device prior to using this authentication method. This application is available for download from your IOS or Android Application Store. These download links are also provided during the setup process, if needed.

Once MFA is complete, you'll be able to continue and enter your Billing and Payment information.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Click Here and enter the e-mail address and user ID associated with the account. If you have forgotten the account log-in ID, please call 1-844-662-4146.

After I have registered, may I change my account detail and/or billing information?

Yes. After you log-in, you may go to the option to "update account information" to change billing information.

Are you going to sell my personal information?

No. As a representative for Colorado's Bureau of Investigation (CBI), we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer outside the company personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily provide in any registration or order form.

Is there a sign-up fee?
